Ryder Kessler
CO-FOUNDER
A lifelong New Yorker, Ryder was a candidate for State Assembly for District 66 in 2022. He has worked to elect Democrats up and down the ballot with a focus on voting rights, running a state voter protection program for the Biden campaign in 2020 and a regional program for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in 2022. Ryder previously founded DipJar, a startup that has enabled tens of millions of dollars of nonprofit donations. He lives in the West Village, where he serves as a member of Manhattan’s Community Board 2.

Catherine Vaughan
CO-FOUNDER
Catherine has built a career launching, leading, and advising mission-driven organizations. In 2016, Catherine founded Flippable, an organization focused on electing Democrats to state legislative races. After Flippable merged with Swing Left in 2019, Catherine served as the organization’s Co-Executive Director, overseeing programs that raised $25M and mobilized over 35M voter contacts in the 2020 election. Catherine has also advised dozens of nonprofits and philanthropies, both as an independent advisor and as a consultant with The Bridgespan Group and McKinsey & Company. She lives in Park Slope and serves on Brooklyn Community Board 6.

Thomas Smyth

Thomas is an abundance advocate living in Chelsea. He previously founded Trim, a personal finance tool that has saved its users more than $100M by cancelling unused subscriptions, negotiating cable bills, and putting aside money into savings accounts. You can often find him running along Hudson River Park.
